Privacy Policy

Who we are. This website, getalbora.com, is operated by Ventaris Store LLC, 412 W 7th St, Clovis, NM 88101, United States (“we”, “us”). ALBORA is a brand of Ventaris Store LLC.

What we collect

The only personal information we ask for is your email address, when you choose to join the ALBORA waitlist. We don't ask for your name, address or payment details on this site — purchases are made on Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy policy.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

We use your email address only to send you ALBORA launch updates and related news about our products. We use double opt-in: after you sign up, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm, and we won't add you to the list until you do.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the waitlist and the website — our email service provider (Kit) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) — and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] and we'll remove you from the list.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
